Boost is Doctor-Led: Boost Rehab + Fitness sessions are designed using the evidence-based guidance of Frank Klene, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Boost integrates flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, comprehensive strength training, and balance training, all organized by three progressive levels of intensity - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Exercise modifications are shown for further personalization.
How It Works: Each week you will receive a brand new session for you to follow. You will start with our Beginners course. Once you have completed the beginners course you will start to receive the Intermediate sessions and then your on to Advanced.
VIP Coaching: Once you have accessed Boost, there will be a green button that will route you over to our private coaching program. Simply request to join the group, it usually takes a few hours for our team to review your request and approve!
